Historic Waterford Buildings Survey

The Waterford Foundation and the WCA are collaborating on a new project, the Historic Waterford Buildings Survey. Like the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) project of the 1930's, our village survey intends to record, preserve and archive the architectural details of the village buildings and environs.

Plans call for giving one DVD of photos for the homeowner and archiving a copy of the DVD with photo prints at the Foundation and The Balch Library. Local photographer Sky Richardson has generously come forward to get us started on the photography, and she has already photographed the Jacob Mendenhall House.
